Overview

Lehigh University, a private not-for-profit university founded in 1865, enrolls about 7,000 students in a full array of undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs, with a variety of graduate and non-degree options available online. The university consists of four colleges: the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science, the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business and Economics, and the College of Education. Due to its endowment from Asa Packer, Lehigh was the wealthiest university in the US in 1879. Though founded on spiritual principles, Lehigh does not hold any religious affiliation.
