Indiana State University, a public university founded in 1865, enrolls about 13,500 students and has an alumni network of more than 98,000. The university offers more than 100 majors leading to a host of bachelor, master, doctoral and educational specialist degrees.

Through Indiana State Online, students can pursue more than 60 online programs, such as bachelor’s degrees in adult career education, nursing, human resources development and health services, and master’s degrees ranging from mathematics to technology management to curriculum and instruction.

The university also offers a variety of online minors, certificates and licensure programs as well as a handful of doctorates in nursing practice, athletic training, school administration and more.

Students can complete some programs completely online although others require on-campus visits.

Massachusetts residents cannot enroll in Indiana State’s online programs.

Online students have access to services, including financial aid, career services, technical support and academic advising.

Indiana State University ranks #254 in the Forbes 2016 list of Public Colleges.

Indiana State University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). The university’s programs also hold specialized accreditations, including those from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).
