ECU provides more than 100 bachelor’s, over 80 master’s, and 21 doctoral degree programs, as well as over 60 certificate programs.
Historically, the university is known for its strengths in the fields of nursing, education, music, theater, business and medicine. It provides both traditional and online degree programs, and has more than 27,800 students who attend classes on three campuses: The Main Campus, the West Research Campus, and the Health Sciences Campus.
ECU offers research opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. The Division of Research and Graduate Studies offers leadership in graduate education, sponsored research, research compliance for ECU, and technology transfer.
